I am a melamine MDF and Chipboard manufacturer in Iran.
We use our own chipboard for laminating and we buy laminating (raw) MDF from other sources.
The sizes that we use are:
16mm and 8mm thickness
1830mm x 3050mm
1830mm x 2080mm
Density: 720-760kg/cbm
Glue: UF
We apply impregnated paper by short cycle press at 28 kg/sqm Purpose.
We are going to start to manufacture a new product that is more new compare to our privies products.
It is Wood Plastic Composite.
This product is an environmental friendly product.
WPC is made from 70 to 75% sawing dust + 10% mines and the rest can be PP or PVC.
This product is so resistant to water.
WPC is mostly used in decking, outside furniture, fencing for outdoors and doorframe, wall curtain and so on.
WPC is a product that has to main advantage.
1- Resistance to humidity
2- Resistance to UV (from sun light)
It can produce fire resistant as well only with adding some additives.
We are regularly Selling: laminated mdf, laminated particleboard, raw particleboard, wpc.
We are regularly Buying: ddecorative paper, finish foil, mdf, raw decorative paper for melamine. |
